Anyone giveing this a try when it's released?, I may as the Company of heroes games are the best RTS games ever. Bar none.

get the original first tbh, pity you missed out on the offer via steam a few weeks back.
theres a decent single player campaign to cut your teeth in the first game :)
 
If you are only interested in multiplayer if you just buy tales of valour that alone will give you full multiplayer content which is not the case for any of the others.
One of the lead programmers of coh died in a car crash recently didn't he ?
 
Excellent games, the campaigns are very good as well. I had Opposing Fronts on disk but recently bought the whole series in the Steam sale and have been playing it a fair bit. I'll definitely be trying this out and seeing as it's free there's nothing to lose. :)
 
buy them through steam, I had a disk copy of the original and to patch it up to a playable state takes a ludicrous number of patches, all of which have to be manually downloaded, I sat there for about 3 hours before giving up.
 
Well it did come out in 2006 maybe use a torrent and keep the patches on a disc or hdd.

'heart' steam for keeping it up to date fast and easy :D
