Does this kind of thing get on your nerves ?

i've just seen the highlights on mutv & even the commentators on there said o'shea deserved 2 go but we should've had @least 3 pens the foul on rooney,carragher's handball & the foul on nani best team won @ the end of the day i could'nt c us losing that game liverpool were shocking compard 2 how they normally play against us especially torres who normally gives vidic a nightmare i'd be happy if they carry on playing like that 2 b fair relegation form me tinks

I know the guy who posted it, he's a lovely guy although not the brightest spark it has to be said, he posts like that all the time, I assume to save time.

I find it very annoying and hard to read.

Am I too old to being using the internet ? :rolleyes:

As i don't follow football i found it incomprehensible.

I'm not sure what's a misspelling/contraction and what's a footballers weird name. >.<

It's not being a snob wanting to read something in English and not some bastardized text form of the language.

Frankly with texts being so cheap now and phone screens getting bigger and better there isn't even such great need for "txt" speak anymore, but it is here to stay unfortunately. I do hate it, particularly when there isn't need for it.

I think all text speak should be banned. It was only needed when you had message size restrictions.
