ati sapphire complaints department

Does anyone have a email address for the ati sapphire complaints department?

I RMA my card back to them in germany over a month ago, and finaly receved a replacement 4870x2 which is wrose then the one i sent back, this one just spins the fan upto full and show 3 or 4 red leds on the card itself

So I emailed them on thurdays and again over the weekend but i dont seem to be getting any replys

any help or advise would be good

Whats wrong with the x2, no display?

the new one has no display, the fan goes to 100% and some red leds on the back of the card light up.

Try it out in another PC first to make sure you can replicate the fault as that's what Sapphire will do and if the cards works fine at their testing labs then you might find yourself on a sticky wicket.

Try what Freddie suggests. My 4870 does this sometimes if the powercables not in all the way, or its not connected to the motherboard securely. Take it out and have a look at the card and see if you can see any damage.

Sounds like an issue with the card itself in that case. Spam them with calls and emails, if they don't reply look into were you stand legally and go from there, or is that to OTT?
