I believe in two things that are pertinent to your post:

1) Correct punctuation and grammar
2) Not believing every bloody thing you read

The roots of this story are at that civilliberty website, which is a known front for the BNP. Googling the story turns up loads of mentalist websites, all of which link back to the civilliberty website.

This is not being reported in any mainstream news, and I very much doubt it will be, as it is almost certainly made up.
