I'd like to give up 1v1 basically, but I'm not on regularly enough to get a 2v2 partnership going

Will get some replays up. I'm basically at the stage, I think, where I'm good at economic factors now, but I'm not great at attacking. I can't really harass properly, to buy myself time to manoeuvre. And I am crap at scouting sometimes.

keep at it, and with guidance im sure you'll be out of bronze in no time, saying that, when you do get promoted, it'll feel ace

I just don't have the time to put into the game at the moment to get out of bronze. I win some good games quickly but I always then struggle if my initial push doesn't win me the game!
I'm currently placed 9th. Trouble is when I get back to playing multiplayer, I'm 100 points behind the next place and can't really get closekeep at it, and with guidance im sure you'll be out of bronze in no time, saying that, when you do get promoted, it'll feel ace

Just work on your macro.
Hotkey your production buildings, for example barracks, and jsut remember when your pushing to keep spamming the hotkeys...
say you hotkey your barracks with tech labs 5, with reactors 6.

Thing is mate you get a bonus pool so the different shouldn't be huge. You can get like 30-40 points from one game.
I think the leagues are a great idea. I'm now in plat but I started in bronze, I felt when I was in bronze I deserved to be there. My play increased 10 fold and I got to gold and felt that was the right place to be. I then started winning most my matches and felt it was time to move up. I'm now in the position in plat where I feel this is the right place for me, I'm not ready for diamond yet.

cheers - i defo need to work on the hotkey thing - I do "que" up units from the barracks quite well but need to use hotkeys more for sure!!! Very poor at it.
You shouldnt even have to do that. I have all tech labs and reactors on one hotkey. So with 3 rax's (2 labs and 1 rax) i just do 3ddaa or 3aadd etc...

I'm the same too.
I've been 2nd in my Bronze league for some time now, should hopefully get to 1st tonight. Frustrating thing is I keep beating high-silver and mid-gold players but then go on to lose to a high bronze rank when I make a stupid mistake or get cheesed. Think that's stopping me getting promted.
Is that fixed now then?
In BETA they wouldn't organise themselves properly and you'd end up marines getting built at the tech labs as a priority.
Thats pretty cool if they have, my one big downfall with Terran is my macro, this should help a bit.

I always went Marines first because im alwasy lurking a finger over the A key ^^.. D key just doesnt provide me with much interest!
