Your right, we don't know the ins and outs but I still find it hard to believe that the BBC are just ignoring him, it doesn't make any sense.

I love how peoples decision of something being right or wrong is based on their opinion of the person it is happening to.

It's wrong to not be paid, whether you don't like the man because he is fat or because of his voice lol, it's still wrong.

Regardless of what you think about him, if my company hadn't paid me in 2 months, I'd be spitting blood as well.

It also doesn't matter if he earns more and "probably doesn't miss it". If you're contracted for employment, you should receive your money on time as agreed. You don't need your pay quite as much as a homeless guy might need a sandwich, but you still want it on time!

Agreed, regardless of income it's inexcusable if true, a lot of people that earn higher amounts of money also have a more expensive lifestyle to match that income so it's all relative at the end of the day.

The problem is a lot of people assume what it is like to earn that kind wage with their current lifestyle, but for many that would radically change, actually I was reading something simular today here,

dumbed down is a matter of personal oppinion

if any radio station is dubmed down, its the plethora of local radio stations around that just have a tape recorded voice that comes on for 30 seconds every half or so and then says "and now back to the music"

Ok, I apologise for calling him overweight(which he is), saying his voice is annoying(which it is) and that he shouldn't be top dog on Radio 1(which he shouldn't be).

what other DJ at radio 1 would you currently rather have as the breakfast show host?

DJs like Judge Jules have their place, but its an entirely different style and wouldnt work on a breakfast show.
