Cannabis can contain all sorts though. The old Moroccan black stuff used to have bits of plastic in it almost always. Sounds like he smoked pcp or something extreme, embalming fluid

Homebrew Russian Vodka can make you blind also, has been found to be modified cleaning fluid in the past
 
I wouldn't know where to start in removing the heart, lungs and liver sober, let alone high on drugs and sloshed! I doubt they were removed with any precision but 10/10 for effort!
 
He sounds like a full blown psychopath, drugs and alcohol probably exacerbated things but sounds like it was a case of when he would kill someone more than anything.

Really? Most 14 year olds know where their liver is, let alone heart and lungs :p.
 
Probably spilled his pint, in which case the punishment seems fair enough, especially if he refused to buy him another one.

I don't really care about the source except "Ketya gauging out his headless victim's heart" - come on proofreader, do your job as spellcheck won't pick up such an obvious faux pas in word choice when the spelling is fine.

That's a pretty amazing state of drunk/drugged though if you're at the stage of beheading your friend, I'd also have to suspect some form of mental issue behind it until/unless further details come out about it.

I know where they are but removing them would be a whole different matter;).

Of course if he was just using random slashes then I guess you could identify organs eventually and remove them. Needs pics of the cadaver to verify :D
