cable ties, see how many wires you can squeeze behind the motherboard, and just keep trying.

I've just removed the card, rebooted, shut down, slot it back in and booted up again. Sadly this also didn't work. Thanks again.

Do you have the Network card in the same PCI slot as before?

and have you checked that you haven't damaged is during transit to your new case?

Now you come to mention it, yes it is in a different PCI slot. Does this really matter? I have it in the bottom one which means I have better access to the sound card.

Silly question, is the network that you want to connect to visible to everyone or is it hidden? Maybe whoever previously set it up for you just has connected to it and now that it lost it's settings you have to manually connect again ?

See if you can find it with your mobile phone if it's got wifi and then you'll know.

Sadly no one in my family has a mobile phone with Wi-Fi.

Switched the wireless card and sound card around and I have internet again. Horray!!!

Is there a way to install them so the wireless card is at the bottom as it makes it easier to access the sound card, instead of having to fiddle around going under the wireless adapter.
