My sisters old crappy xp laptop has finally died so time for a new one!

Doesn't need to be anything special, she will probably of covered it in scratches after a week :rolleyes:

Really wouldn't recommend a Celeron-M 900 CPU myself, but if you decide to go for that then it's up to you.

You can get i3 or Core 2 Duo (being sold off) for a good price still and they will be much faster.

Look at Dell's website and take a look at OcUK competitors as well. I'm sure you can find better laptops then the one listed within budget, even by Toshiba themselves...

That celeron cpu is actually a very good processor and more than capable for what she needs.
