Having been advised somewhere else, I contacted EA to complain about the APB servers closing. I stressed that I felt ripped off and was looking for a refund.
They offered me a free download from the EA store. I did not ask if that included any pre-order titles but I thought I would post it on here so others that purchased APB could be offered the same.

Apparently this does work, people have been snagging BC2 among others.

Sadly theres nothing I want from EA so I might risk waiting a few weeks and trying to get MOH.

Ah, I purchased from a store, so no refund for me :(

Also, you said "Ah right" when you did purchase from them, silly boy! :p
 
Did you just push for a refund from EA? If not, how did you get it?

I bought on Steam and after getting nowhere with them I complained to my credit card company (Barclaycard) and they have done a charge back against steam and credited my account with the purchase price.
 
Where can I find the CD Key if I bought it on steam? I tried to log on to the APB account page but the website is gone.
