Who should be leader of the Labour party?

Ed Miliband doesn't look like PM material at all, and after that hour of him flustering/stuttering like a scared boy in Manchester backs up what I think.

His brother should have fought him to the death to be labour leader.

The next election is not guaranteed to be 5 years away, because it's a coalition government it's more likely that it will be sooner (imo a general election next year will be the Conservative's best chance of winning a majority). The government's popularity is only going to go one way, down. Their education plans are already in disarray and in a few weeks the British people will remember what cuts-with-relish tastes like.
lol what a load of tripe.

anything and I mean ANYTHING is better then having labour 'lets spend till we drop' in power - and hopefully it will be a long time before we see them at the top again and this country will be much better for it.

Christ labour cant even elect a decent head their that much in disarray , they haven't a clue what their doing and with every new leader comes a new apology of how there sorry they ****ed up - bit late now.
labour much like most of their supporters are all for personal gain whilst completely disregarding the past no matter the effects of long term damage it causes.

I want to see this country at the top again financially, i couldnt give a s*** if mr and mrs 'lets try and get all the free money we can' + 5 kids wont be able to afford there sky tv and new microwave.

I know its a bit late now as we know the new leader but that's kinda why im posting, this new guy is the worst party leader in living memory, no way would I ever vote for him, ive seen him give one press conference thus far (his victory speech) and in that he verbally assassinated his own brother and the previous Labour administration and then went on to talk a load of crap about the Iraq war just for the sake of attempting to get a few votes from those who oppose it.

If that's the type of fake sincerity and loyalty we can expect he can forget ever getting my vote, if he will treat his own brother like that to further his career what will he do to me? lol

As he has only really given one speech and a couple of interviews I think it may be a touch premature to suggest he is the worst party leader in living memory. Especially considering who the last Labour Party leader was. Ed hasn't even had the time to make the monumental **** ups that Brown managed.

Absol-*******-utly

They will now have to sell their 360's/PS3/PSP/2 x NDS and 50" flat screen TV's and live like normal people. These benefit families live like kings on handouts (i know 3 families like this) and have a poor diet not because they can't afford it, but because they don't know any better.

No family, never, ever should earn more money on benefits then working.

Something I utterly believe in. We should have a benefits system that rewards people who work, and are happy to so yet, but also continually reduces benefits for those who scrounge off the state and do nothing to earn their benefits.

Work, if you can. If you can't, then take benefits. If you can work but won't then benefits goes down until you get the idea. ;)
