*** Official FIFA 11 Thread ***

I was in Blockbuster trading in some games there (£4 for fifa 10 and £4 for world cup, heartbreaking!) - they had 20 copies of the PS3 and 20 Copies of the 360 version within touching distance, the lady said it was more than her jobsworth to sell me one though.

Bah.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow delivery from shopto since its been shipped today anyway.

So there we are, its on its way. Now judging by the usual delivery method this company uses it could be here tomorrow. As suggested in my previous quote, it could be held by royal mail. We shall see, if it turns up at work tomorrow customers are going to witness me having a crisis :o :D

As Cobra said above, that doesn't necessarily mean that you'll get it before the release date, it just means that it has been sent to the courier where it will be held until they decide to deliver it, although I do hope you get it early so you can tell us how awesome it is.

Got my tracking number as its coming signed for, so fingers crossed it comes tomorrow.
 
If fifa 11 was actually 11 on pc I'd be seriously considering selling my console today.I have had my ps3 for a few months and i have most of it's best games but to be honest I have barely touched them at all, all I play is fifa.

If 11 on pc is good enough think I might be waving goodbye to my ps3.
 
Anyone got any info/called branches about midnight supermarket cheap deals on thursday night?

So even though you've barely played any of the other PS3 games you are contemplating selling it? At least play through Uncharted 2, Killzone 2 and Heavy Rain. Not to mention the imminently arriving Gran Turismo 5.

Well it's bad enough playing against people in england with their rubbish adsl upload speed which adds a nasty slight lag feel to games so playing someone in NI would be unplayable.

And no need for the homophobic FIFAg comment btw but at least that has revealed the type of person that you are.

First impressions are very very good! I didn't really play much of the demo, but this is loads better than the 100mph pingpongfest that was FIFA10 :)

Did you have that on beginner? Looked a bit easy to score compared to Legendary on the demo.
