Quite fan

Can anyone suggest a quiet fan for a AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 965 Black Edition "125W Edition" 3.40GHz
I am running the CPU at auto settings and am just looking for the quietest fan.

A fan and heatsink
Not too bothered about price if its quiet enough.
No overclocking as I use the system for Photoshop and Premier.

This is a great cooler for the price, nice and quiet too - will happily run with your CPU.

If you want truly silent then you could go down the passive route with the Thermalright HR-02 - however that is much more expensive at ~£52.

I'm not quite sure what you mean here. Are you saying that overclocking the CPU will not aid performance in these applications or you simply don't need the extra speed?

Yes, that is what I meant. I dont need the speed, just quietness
