Girl Q: comeback for.. "ain't you cold?"

sounds like she wants to give you some action. she even told you what she was wearing, crikey get in there quick.

"My tinfoil hat keeps me warm, and safe from extra-galactic mind control rays that are beamed to our planet from an evil alien force who plan to enslave us all. Are you one of them? ARE YOU!? GET OUT OF MY HEAD CHARLES!!"

After careful consideration it is my opinion you should say nothing. You obviously lack the comedy intelligence that should she retort to your comment with something witty you would be unable to think on your feet and reply with something witty to save face, thus making you look like a clown. I could not live with myself with subjecting you to such humiliation at school.

I agree with this , its not just what you say its how you say it. The tone , the timing , how fast you speak etc.

Many times ive seen this happen , someone has thought about a reply and said it and people just go lulwut as you can tell its not a quick witted reply and it comes off as weired.

Many thanks for the replies, some of them are really good :D

How old are you ??

Late 20s :o The girl is 19.

How long have you been in love with her?

So anywho, how long have you been in love for?

I also think the OP is in love with subject girl

Currently, some classmates (and even one of my teachers!) seem to think something is going on between us but nothing is going on. Used to like her in that way but found out the hard way (asking her three times the last academic year to go for lunch) that she wasn't interested. I no longer like her in that way and concentrating my effort on other people.

She is probably just cold and making conversation unless their are any other instances where she seems to be making an advance.

The times she asked we were indoors in the classroom with classmates present. Nothing happens outside the classroom.

the small talk sounds like she just wants attention.

Normally she initiates the small talk or she makes a comment (mainly negative) when I give silly answers during our class discussions.

If she keeps asking it sounds like she's trying to get to know you, get in there son. ;)

This is the second year of our course..! :p

Wear a jumper in class?

I wore a jumper this week Monday, yet she asked me the Q! She didn't ask me yesterday though.

Why would you want to say anything in that manner? You said yourself she has a boyfriend. You sound like an *******, seriously.

Just to annoy her really without overstepping the line, with plenty of help from OcUK GD of course.

and the most pointless thread of the year award goes to...

This is GD afterall ;)

Its unlikely she will say something witty back. I'll use the good replies here and see the reaction(s).

She already thinks I'm 'weird' so it doesn't matter ;)
