¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I've got around 5 of them I need to open up, and they are proving to be quite a challenge!

I've opened up a few in the past and they not normally too much trouble but these are proving to tough.

I know that metal tools are a no no, so I'm using an old card, but apart from that does anyone have any tips or links on how to open these up?

Thanks.

Just curious as to why?

Try bicycle tyre levers and shape them down to the size you need.
I want to use the cells inside without them exploding while I take the pack apart!:D

Plastic tyre levers are a good idea though, thanks. I've managed to use a pencil to help prize the lid from one of he packs but so far I've only managed to ge half of the lid off...

Isn't lead in the pencil a conductor of electricity?
Hmm, it could be actually, I forgot about the lead.

I've managed to get one open now and the cells seem to be charging ok, I think I'll use something other than a pencil to open up the others just to be on the safe side. So far I've got a few old credit cards and some small bits of wood as my toolkit! :o
