Firstly I apologise for the shocking camera work. Only had the iPhone to hand which as we all know has a sucky camera.

Is there much of a difference between these two pictures takes around 3 Months apart. Personally I think I'm a little thicker in the body and have slightly bigger arms. But overall not much change.

You've definetly put on some size,

have your lifts gained?
what is your diet like?
how much did you weigh before, and how much now?

Lifts have doubled in most cases although they started our really low. I seem to be strong on machines but not so much with free weights, so I've just stuck to free weights.

My diet sucks. I really need to sort it out.

My weight has changed slightly from 210lbs to 202lbs.

you look bigger in the second picture, but weigh less?

stick to the free weights, i don't know the correct terms for it, but utilising your own stabilizers makes your stronger i believe as opposed to relying on a machine to 'support' the weight for you.

Any cardio at all? You BF% could do with dropping a little and would do so with cardio/a proper diet, but that completely depends on your goals

personally i put on no weight/lose no weight unless my diet targets it

if your strength is still increasing imo keep going with that, and get yourself a proper diet, cannot be stressed enough!

I have lost a little weight as I started playing basketball. Used the same scales too but I'll re-weigh myself soon and come back with the results.

I really like free weights. Machines don't give me the same sence of achievement after a workout.

Cardio is mainly basketball a couple of times a week. I aim to increase this a little by adding some running.

I've been looking at diets for the last week or so. I don't eat badly as such but I don't eat enough of the right stuff either.

Get yourself on a spin bike for 45 minutes, twice a
week.

I was talking to a friend the other week about spin classes. I'm sure I'd throw up before it was over but will have a look into it :)

You need to do some cardio work to lose some bf.

I was hoping basketball would help but I don't seem to shift much. Once I sort my diet out and play another evening I should hopefully see some progress.

Your chest, shoulders and arms look bigger from what I can see. I do think your lats need some more attention because they seem to be roughly the same size (Maybe hard to tell due to the angle)
