dust anybody dust

I live in a hermetically sealed environment. No dust here :p

No, really. Filters are the only way.
You can spend £2 to about £15 for the fancy magnetic ones.
Choice is yours.

No dust filters, and I only dust my room about once a month. I just take the whole PC outside and airdust it once every few months.

I live in an old cottage and dust seems to be a permanent addition to my case :( Even with my dus filters it gets through the grills/slots in the case. Is there a cheap way to remove it (at least the worst of it) from a room? Is this a job for an air purifier?

I use compressed air every week or so just to help kill the buildup. Every few months I do a full clean though, or as much as I can be bothered to do as its normally not that bad. I have the CM-690 case though so its all dust filtered up anyways.

Air bed pump, don't waste money on those overpriced air canisters.

hmmm i`m sitting on 3 air cansters.... still an air bed pump cost leccy...

i suppose i could stick the exaust of my car to the puter to clean it out (!)

hehehee

i use air compressors and a vac .

and ohh do it outside (or in a wind tunnel forgot that suggestion) as don`t want to have to hover the room again do we!

dust filters of course, but having positive pressure (ie more air going in than going out) means that you can stop dust from coming in small vents and cracks because all airflow is being forced out of them rather than being drawn in. All you need to do then is filter the intakes. I still have a layer of fine dust on the floor of my case, but nothing like the big clods that built up on my cpu cooler before I configured it this way.
