Note: Mods/admin this is not a dig at the ocuk shop and I am in fact quite a happy customer but I found this bizarre/funny but if you think it's not okay then please delete (but don't ban me!)
I ordered some watercooling fittings I was short of on Monday for my new build as follows
1 x SLI connection tube
2 x G1/4 extensions
2 x G1/4 revoling extensions
2 x 90degree compression fittings.
On checking on Tuesday it was still printed in the warehouse so I rang up, the conversation went as follows:
Me:Hello, can you check order number xxxxxxxx for me as it's still not shipped
Them: Yep. I can see the problem straight away. It's those two G1/4 revolving extensions. Do you realise how small they are and how big our warehouse is? They'll probably never be able to find them.
Me: Can you drop them from the order please?
Them: Yes, no problem, you'll have the rest of your order tomorrow.
And I did indeed get my order.
Now, bear in mind the the non revolving extensions are the same size, why did these two hold up my order? And don't ocuk have a stock system?
I can just imagine everything scattered ramdomly over all the shelves and for every order some poor person walks up and down the ailes trying to find them.
