Surely got to be an appreciating car? I know that they weren't received particularly well when new (I remember Clarkson slating it in one of my old VHS tapes I had when I was knee high) but I can't see them being cheap in the future. Only 50 built and arguably the last jag with any sort of real "Racing" pedigree, one for the future perhaps?

I don't know about the XJ220 - Do you ever think that it'll ever be truly loved and appreciated seeing how it was such a disappointment when new?

Neighbour of my parents has a dark blue XJ220. I have fond memories of it being broken down virtually outside their(our at the time) house. Awesome looking thing, sounded fantastic. How many are there likely to be around these days?
