Thought I'd check beofre logging in to my account...

Since when has the website changed to hsbcamanah.co.uk? First time I've noticed this strange name.

Firefox is also returning a "This Connection is Untrusted" warning when I use my login number

Anyone else having issues this fine morning?

Thanks

That sounds dodgy to me, give me all your accounts details and I'll log in and check on my machine...

:D

sounds genuine?

edit: seems like the islamic department of hsbc? how odd.

When I google hsbc, hsbcamanah.co.uk is at the top.
hsbc.co.uk is nowhere to be found.

Typing hsbc.co.uk into the address bar gets me to the usual sight though. Strange

Sure this was posted the other week and it was a fake site. Hang on....

had a quick search on here but didn't see it

HSBC Amanah isn't a fake site - here a lot of things are HSBC Amanah (being a muslim country!)
Although I often get browser discrepancies logging into offshore.hsbc.com for some reason ?

Wait, wait, WAIT!

Don't call your bank (even though it's business hours right now in the UK and will be for a further 5 or so hours), post a thread on GD and ask people you don't know questions they cannot (but will) answer!

Jesus Christ.

Normal occurrence here. :D

Common sense is not that common.

Well, I once spent 15mins with HSBC's call centre trying to reset my password. I try and avoid phoning them whenever possible.

I know but his finances? Really? On GD?

OP - call your bank. Why the hell are you even asking this here? Call the people who can actually give you an answer!
