So I was out investigating E92s the other week and came across this.
I took it for a drive and rather liked it, so I put down a deposit.
It's a 2001 BMW Z3 Coupe 3.0i, FBMWSH two owner (from husband to widow), local car with not even 50,000 miles on the clock.
I've secretly wanted one of these for a while, so when I saw this one at a main BMW dealer for a rather attractive price, I thought **** it.
It's the 'facelift' 3.0 rather than the old 2.8, which brings a fresher interior and probably some other stuff.
I've had the bumpers resprayed due to scuffs, I'm still waiting for some parking dings to be removed, along with some other scratches polished out.
This being Belgium, two weeks actually means three
But I went back today to pick up the registration form and took some pictures. Apologies for the poor quality, as it's taken from my Sony Ericsson Elm™. I forgot to take interior shots, but it's unmarked red leather.
Should hopefully pick it up next week, as long as everything is done to my satisfaction. I swear the gap between the rear bumper and the car is bigger than when I last saw it, but they said the bumper wasn't removed for the respray..
The Style 32s are in desperate need of a refurb, but I'm debating whether to leave it until after the winter, or just get some BBS..
So yeah, **** away
