Best fans for a PA 120.4?

Hi all,
I'm looking for some good fans for my rad.

Ideally i would like pwm fans as i use speedfan to adjust rpm.
Noise is also a issue for me so quiet fans are a must.
Cost is not to important but dont want to go to expensive.

Any suggestions will be much appreiated as there are far to many to choose from.

I was looking at the Enermax T.B. Silencers as i dont really want leds.
Only problem is they are 3pin so not really viable for me without a fan controller

My plan was to use the Asaka PWM Fan Splitter (i already have two of them) so i could just run them off mobo with speedfan.
