Hello all,

I've decided to get a new case as I’m not very keen on my Antec 300, and would like to seek advised from the excellent guys here at OCUK:cool:

I'm looking to spend a max of £150-160 really as I will also be buying the NZXT Pre-Braided Cables.

I would like the following if possible at all :p

Very good Air-Cooling
Great Cable Management
Dust filters
Side Panel Window
Good style case (I know this is very personal though)

I've been looking at the Coolermaster HAF 912 Plus Case - Black which is on the low side of my budget, but is lacking on the side panel window and not too sure about cable management / cooling.

I've been leaning towards the Coolermaster HAF X Gaming Full Tower Case with FREE Coolermaster Inferno 4000dpi Laser Gaming Mouse going by reviews it's excellent for cooling and cable management and I very much like the style, and also comes with a free mouse lol

Just looking for advice really, maybe there is another case that matches my criteria that I’ve missed?

Hope to hear what you guys have to say ;)

Thanks for your time.

The Silverstone Fortress FT02B or the cheaper silverstone Raven 2. Those would be my choices for great air cases, smaller than the HAF-X and an awsome side window that shows all the hardware without any obstructions. Both cases air intakes are completely covered by easy to remove and clean air filters.

You could go with the cheapest RV02 or the most expensive SST-FT02B-WRI, the later, including three Air Penetrator fans. I have the RV02 and its an amazing case, having 90 degree layout with a side window that shows off all the parts really well, compared to a standard layout that everyone else has :p

Hope that helps :)

Edit:Just to add, the HAF-X is not a bad case, far from it, it would be a fine choice for air cooling. I just prefer the layout of the silverstone cases

Thanks for that, I did consider the FT02B-W but it's alittle over my budget at the moment and i'm not too sure about the window as currently i have my computer to the right of my desk.
Lian Li PC-A70FB meets everything you are after. Can add a window panel for £9 from a competitor
Thanks for that suggestion, I hadnt considered that case seems pretty good. I will check out some reviews etc on this.

If thats your style get one of those. I'm planning on picking up either a white or black one eventually.
I did take a look at these but it's lacking a side panel and as im not too good at the modding side of things i thought i'd give it a miss :(

So far im split between the HAF X and the Lian Li PC-A70FB suggested by beefybarn.

Once again thanks everyone for your time and these suggestions really appreciated

the haf x is covered in massive fans.you won't need any more

Thanks for the reassurance!

Seems i've settled for what i had in mind originally the HAF X, with thanks to you guys here at OCUK ;)

I took a look at what beefybarn suggested but seeing as the HAF X is cheaper and on a bundle deal at the moment this pushed me more towards the HAF X. Hopfully they have enough stock of the HAF X bundle deal for monday when funds allow me to order :p
