Just found this and tried it, superb.
4 chicken breasts
bread crumbs
Mozerella cheese slices
olive oil
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 large dolmio sauce.
Beat milk and egg together.
Dip chicken in milk mix then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in large pan and cook the chicken 3 mins per side till browned.
Lay chicken in baking dish, spread 2 slices mozarella on each breast.
Pour on dolmio sauce, sprinkle some parmasan or which ever cheese on top.
30-35 mins gas mark 4 / 350.
Comes out lovely, good job.
