Which BMW did I see today?

Looked a bit like an X6 (particularly the coupé style back end), but much lower/smaller - it went past quite fast, but caught my eye, can't seem to see it on the lineup on their website.

BMW X1 ?

X3 looks too much like a shrunk X5, and it wasnt an X5 or an X6 so im guessing it had to be an X1 ?

It was driving 40MPH in the opposite direction to me, and I was also doing 40MPH.

It only has 4 seats. It looks awful,yes. If you want a 5 series saloon but want more room in it then you buy a Touring estate - Not a hatchback with limited carrying capacity and 4 seats.

But then BMW are the absolute masters at building pointless cars and selling shedloads of them ( X1, X3, X6 anyone? ) so I'm certainly not knocking their financial strategy, because it works.
