So - it's pretty easy to compare cars online for how fast they are etc. But what about things that matter to me? (an old man at 24)

I want:
Insanely comfortable seats
Very quiet interior
Soft suspension that lets me waft along

I however don't want something like an S-Class because that's not really a car to be seen driving. A Range Rover would be comfortable and soft but too much wind noise. What are my options for my Saturday morning celebratory shopping spree then? :)

If I won euromillions I would probably get a top of the range 7series with the biggest petrol engine.

That would be so awesome :D

Have you tried a Range Rover? Might be worth re-checking.
Assuming that you want something smaller than an S Class, the cars that come to mind are a Jag XF, E class and for something with even more epic depreciation, the Citroen C6.

the Citroen C6.

With the TGV style seats in the back for the passengers. Might not be the most expensive car in the world but ride quality is suppose to be amazing.

If you want a diesel, the V6 is the same one use in the Jag.

Does anyone trust Citroen electronics?

How does your list of wants mate with the above car?

Not that I've ever been anywhere near a real car but I've read that the suspension is supposed to be quite hard.

Oh - I thought it was the opposite? I thought the whole point of Maserati was that it was super-soft and for old men with bad backs! Hence why they're rubbish on a track.

Long outsider but what about a Lexus LS460, just saw 1 a few minutes ago when I went to pick up my daughter from the bus station and boy did it look comfy :)

From my (limited) experience with Lexuses, I'd say that a LS600h will detonate most other cars on the road, and be so quiet, silent and comfortable that you'll feel as if you're asleep.

Else, consider the Merc CL500. If money is honestly no object, then the Bentley Mulsanne.

The GranTourismo won't meet your needs. That's more for old men who are pretending to be young. You should be after a fast car for old men who are old.

Plus the LS600h is awd.

In your situation, and for my own needs (similar), I'd be choosing between:

CL500
S600
760i
Phaeton W12
LS600h
Mulsanne
Range Rover.

Stay away from the Bentley GT - they're naff and ugly.

Bentley if you are driving yourself, Rolls if you are getting a driver after the win :)

Phantom... beautiful, refined, extremely comfy, shockingly quiet, and no need to feel like you should be driven as it is a pleasure to drive.

All this only comes from a drive around a car park though, but my what a drive :D
