Free Delivery Still On?

Was just going to order something and noticed I was getting charged for delivery. Has free delivery ended? Only options I get are DPD Next Day & Royal Mail.

Free del does not apply for some of the deal of the day, you may not be signed in or you have too many infractions and they have taken away free shipping

It does'nt always work for me either. It seems to be pot luck whether i get it or not. If i don't get it i usually go elsewhere where the shipping cost's less and has a decent courier that actually delivers next day. So far this year it's cost OCUK over £500 in lost sales from me alone.
