im about to take my 5870's out and sent them to their new owner,
im going to be without a card now until the 6000 come out, then i shall decide on what to get.
whats the best thing to do regarding the ati drivers on the system now ? there may be a chance that i dont end up getting another ati card and the next time it boots up it has an nvidia card.
do i just uninstrall the drivers, then shut down till next boot ?

If your running Windows 7 you can just leave them on there as Microsoft revised the kernal on W7 to run with two different graphics adaptors at anyone time.

I've just left it as it was, I'm gonna do a fresh install I think
Now it's just a waiting game and using my ip4 to post

I agree with an uninstall and driversweeper. I imagine you will be getting a nice new 6k series and will be updating the drivers anyway.

Shame they weren't released now/last month as you could have made the most of the summer!
