Not sure if it was this week or last, but there was a fairly camp Italian chap on it. The narrator, Dave Lamb, continually put on a funny Italian voice and did impressions of him. Now, this got me thinking, had it been an Indian guy, would the narrator have done impressions of his accent? Why is it acceptable to initiate certain accents but not others?

ofcourse he wouldnt because thay would be racist but if there white and speak differently its fair game...

same as people will rip into a white guy who has an african accent but they wouldnt if he was black

Because one guy is white and the other isn't, and people can't readily distinguish between mocking someone for their voice and mocking someone for the colour of their skin.
