Netgear free drives

I purchased a netgear NAS drive, great bit of kit, but not yet recieved my free drive. Anyone else having problems?

On a side-note..
I've got 3 x 1TB WB Blue drives sitting here, unused, and I want a NAS or RAID drive to put them in.
Which NAS drive would you recommend? I will probably only need a 2 drive enclosure as I will sell one drive to help pay for the enclosure, budget is around £100-150.
