It's an amazing song. It was written in memory of Andrew Wood who was the singer of Mother Love Bone. If you haven't listened to Mother Love Bone, I suggest you check them out

I may as well mention this since it's somewhat relevant. I went to the cinema to watch Wall Street 2 earlier, and before the adverts and movie started Immortality by Pearl Jam played. It put a smile on my face.
