just got my letter through from my last insurer who says 'at the expiry on the above policy your ncb entitlement was 2 years'

does this mean three? As thats what I was under the assumption I had after two years on the 106 at quinn then another year on the 106/318 with no incidents :confused:

No, it means your entitlement is 2 years. It seems they've messed up or you've had a claim made against you at some point.

Call them.
