Hello guys, this is what im buying for my new build:

Palit GeForce GTX 460 Sonic 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
AMD Phenom II X2 Dual Core 555 3.20GHz Black Edition (Socket AM3) - Retail
Asus M4A78LT-M 760G (Socket AM3) DDR3 Motherboard
CoolerMaster GX Series 550W PSU (Already got it)

Only thing left to get will be RAM for the new mobo. does anyone have a suggestion? Also how does the build look like ?
Planning to reuse everything I got now except things from above.

a cooler if your overclocking
do you already have case, hdd, optical drive?
oh if you can stretch to either a asus, msi, gigabyte gtx 460 as iirc the palit are noisy

Sorry about this, but why the Phenom II X2? Please don't tell me its because you're hoping it will unlock?!

An Athlon II X2 is cheaper by a good £20 at least and the performance is not much shabbier at all.

If you're desperate for a Phenom II, the 550 is cheaper and tbh, there is very very little difference, especially when overlocked.

Ive got a new case bought aswell.

HDD and Drive from this PC

And buying the Phenom dual because yes, im hoping to unlock additional 2 cores. Ive read many reviews and apparently it has a high success rate.
