Yeah looks pretty similiar to AA on the PC quality wise... tho I suspect they've done something like export the game assets to maya and render with higher quality lighting, depth of field, etc. than you see in the game.

Honestly though, if this game is only 1% better than the first then it will be game of the year across the board. Children will be named Bruce and Harvey, angels will weep and a new dawn of prosperity will sweep the globe.

Between this, ME3 and the two Starcraft expansions my gaming for the next three years is sorted.

There's a distinct change in the quality of screenshot. The final 7 appear to be from some sort of cut scene as the compression suggests.

The first batch are definitely from the engine. From the looks, probably taken at a high resolution with anti aliasing and aniso applied and then scaled down and sharpened in PS, potentially with some lighting improvements thrown in for good measure. They may not have even been scaled down, infact the scaling algorithm may make them look worse.

All in all, if you play the new one on a decent spec machine I would expect things to be close to that quality. Unfortunately the consoles just can't do FSAA and AF very well.

In the latest issue of 360 magazine it says there are unconfirmed rumours of co-op in the game,and Cat Woman is a friend not an enemy.

Cat Woman is a friend not an enemy.

Cat woman looks exactly like **** did (does?) during the Hush series where she was friend rather than foe and very much in love with Batman.

If this is the timing of the games (which it appears to be by the costume) it explains why there is no Robin.

According to 360 mag that's exactly the role she plays in this game. And the demo they played involves you saving her from being killed by twoface.
