This satelite card decent? Hauppauge HD-S2

Getting rid of sky as my flatmate moved out, box has gone with him, dish is still here however.

Been offered a Hauppauge WinTV Nova HD-S2 that apparantly does DVB-S and DVB-S2. Also can apaprantly receive HD Freesat with this?

Only downside is it appears to be only a single tuner card so cant watch and record at the same time.

So are these decent cards?
Anything I need to do/know with it?
£40 a decent price? (from a mate at work)

Great card have one in each of my PC's

You can watch one channel and record another IF they are on the same mux and
your software supports it (gb pvr)

40 quid it is a steal , they are about 70 - 80 new

I only have the software that comes witht he card which is Wintv v7

gb pvr = freeware PVR software (it pretty much plays everything u throw at it)
I use it in preference to mce or wintv

I would not buy this simply because it only has one dish input, and the current is towards quad LNBs let alone dual!

Personally i run a TBS 6980
Smashing little dual tuner and PCI-E to boot
