strange Face book message

I got this from some random, not sure what they want?

Firstly i obviously dont know you and i am sorry for this random mail, i need to ask someones advice that i have never met so i can get the opinion from someone that i dont know/havent slept with.
I work in a real dead end job, we have to put stuff into boxes (ooo err mrs) such as paper and envelopes, its a stop gap until i can fund my own tv show idea called "on the game" (all going well will star Cher from xfactor). I work with a polish girl who we will call Jane as i cant remember her name and chances are couldnt say let alone spell it. We got talking one day and she said she had a problem with her fallopian tubes and was saving money to have this sorted in the states. Now, me being the opportunist womaniser thought "i could be in here, she is after a kid, tell her i cant miss so, why not?". Anyway, after some lambrini and a tesco microwave meal we were getting it on (high 5) she stayed the night and i made her leave at 5am. Over the next few days i looked at photos i had took of her during the night and it came to me...i love her. Normally i wouldnt think twice about a girl but it was different with Jane, i dont know whethter it was the language barrier or what but i wanted her.
Anyhow, turns out, she has fell pregnant and there is nothing wrong with her fallopian tubes!!. She is going back home to live with her husband, yeah you heard me, HUSBAND!!. They are going to raise my child as their own, what am i to do?. She wont reply to my text/calls, im worried i will do something stupid, i just want to be happy. Please help all you can, just tell me what you would do, all i can think is hurt them both and myself and i cant hurt myself too bad as i pass out at the sight of blood/cuts/irish people.

Is it some sort of scam or somebody in need of help?
 
Whether or not it's a scam - which was my first impression - you need to e-mail a mod and shift the thread to GD.

Even if you think the rest of it sounds legit, surely the name thing is setting off alarm bells?
