George Lucas deserves absolutely NO credit for this film. It was the best of the original series and the one that Lucas had the least control over. It would have been an entirely different film if his ideas were listened to and would have turned out as stale as the new trilogy of rubbish. When Empire was made, Lucas didn't have the "yes men" like Rick McCallum to okay each and every awful idea the man spewed from his mind. Thankfully, Lucas' divorce kept him from much of the film-making for Empire and it turned out all the better because of it. Too bad he can't get a divorce during all his movies **cough*cough**Crystal Skull**cough*cough**

Wonderful photos, it amazes me what they achieved without cgi, films like these and The Thing had such a sense of realism in the effects that you dont get at all with cgi.
