Hi, bought the missus some polish crisps called lay's and she has a coupon in it.

Now I think the website address is here to enter the code:

But I dont know what I have to enter where apart from the email.

Could be a different page on the site even.

Urgent, I could have won a £1000.

That page is just the registration page. You have to enter the following in each box:
Email
Password
Repeat Password
Nickname or Name

Guess you have to enter the code after registering...

While you could have won the £1000, if you read the Terms and Conditions (tricky if you don't speak Polish), there may be a small problem heading your way - the organizer promises to pay the tax for the money you win, and for that they need the address of the HM Revenue and Customs for your region - something you'd be giving them over the phone I might add

Not exactly sure if Lays Poland predicted what to do in case the winner is a foreigner to be quite frank.

Lay's are just walkers, everywhere in the world it's called Lay's except the UK. I don't know why the UK is always different.
