Getting a 5970 and could do with a nice case to put it in. Currently have a Fractal Design R2 case which I love, esp in the looks department as it clean and tidy. Although I'm thinking there will be a problem with the size. I've looked for a post on compatible cases and if there is one can some one post a link. Anyway wondering what you guys could recommend? Ideally would like a Fractal like the one I have that was deeper haha. Need it to fit the new card and 4 HDD's and 1 SSD, plus be would like it to be small not massive! Is this possible I know I'am asking a lot hehe.

Cheers

wasnt sure it was big enough does the card fit in no problem or does the middle hd rack pop out?

Had a HAF 932 and it was a nice case but I just cannot get on with the looks. I will wait for the Fractal now think my mind is made up, cheers theron as I never noticed that the middle cage popped out.

:)

no problem!... and before i helped u i never noticed that it rotated :P

but it is a very nice looking case, i cant wait to get mine really, im hoping to be able to make a modification or two, depending on how it performs. i see lots of possibilities from the pics, just need to see it in real.

Personally I love the look of the Fractal Define XL, I think it looks sleek and stealth like on the outside, good room for components inside with lots of good features and good cable management possibilities...

Not sure about watercooling potential as I've never tried that so don't know what to look out for... but all in all I think it LOOKS awesome - how it is to work with however will be seen when it's available :)

Well i've got a Fractal Design R2 and was a joy to work with, back in a HAF 932 for now until the Fractal XL comes out but then again I m not sure I'm sold on the 5970 so if i dont stay with it i'm back on a midi case, trying tri fire without any luck too:( tempted to sell them both and get a pair of 460's pah will keep trying for a bit first got plenty of time till that case come out anyhow :)

well i am concerned about the delay a bit... i asked overclockers about it the reply was:

Thank you for your web note. I can confirm that we are hoping to receive this within the next few days as these are over due, as soon as stock arrives we shall send a confirmation email to you.

so lets see... fingers crossed!
