Back in April 2010 Play were offering the HD600's for £100 reduced from £200. Bargain! Unfortunately I like a few others missed out on this offer even though I had placed my order well before certain people who received theirs, something about the people that used credit cards were affected as these took longer to verify. A couple of emails later to their complaints department and as compensation for this error Play offered me a £30 gift voucher as they could not source any more HD 600's. Great but I wanted the cans, I emailed support and asked them to honour the price if they ever got them in stock. They agreed.
Which brings me to last week where I was browsing Play and noticed they had them instock at £200, I emailed Play and asked them to honour the £100 price back in april which they said they would.
I wake up this morning to a knock at the door. Hello Sennheiser HD600's! The invoice inside the box states the cost would be £0.00 and postage £0.00. I have no card registered on Play. Am I the luckiest man on these forums? I emailed them but haven't heard anything back yet.
