you have my permission.

Ok I stepped back so I will reply politely.

Firstly, I don't understand why you assumed that nobody knew it was an Elvis song. I certainly did.

Secondly, it does have something to do with South Park, as they used it in a scene. The video above displays this yet you still state it has nothing to do with South Park .

Thirdly, it was referenced because it made me think of Eric walking down the street to Kenny's house which was in a crappy area.

Fourthly, stop derailing the thread just so you can show off that you knew it was an Elvis song.

Jeez some people.

rubbish rant.

No i didnt think no one knew that. I simply wondered why someone had posted "LOL south park" when you posted Elvis lyrics. the lyrics you posted arent even the ones used in south park so why would it be the first thing someone thought of. Id never seen that clip either. Oh and this is what gets you annoyed. Get a grip ffs an find summit real to rant on about.

First of all, sorry to hear about your friend. I am glad to hear he looks to be OK, or at least on the mend.

Second of all, I just couldn't pass this up.

My friend lives in Bury, she's always telling me about stuff that goes on where she lives, I always worry for her when she goes out, ha. Sounds like a very nasty place at times.

Sorry about your friend, but atleast he's recovering.

For obvious reasons...

Most people of 'this generation' probably know South Park better than they do Elvis. Therefore when they read 'in the ghetto' (irrespective of the fact that the whole verse wasn't quoted in SP) that's the first thing that springs to mind.

But I still don't understand your gripe. That potentially some people didn't know it was an Elvis song? So what?
