Although I was interested in the 95w TDP version I bought the 125w TDP and can say that an easy 25% OC on six cores whilst undervolting is quite acceptable and the CPU can take anything that is thrown at it without hesitating.
If you want a six core processor for about £150 just get it (125w). Few buyers will have the necessary hardware, cooling or aptitude for a max OC above 4GHz and the energy saving would be miniscule betwen the two CPU's at the same frequency.

You also get the three year retail warranty and a free paperweight with a fan on.
