Help designing a logo for my watch servicing business

OK so decided on the logo, thank you sp00n. I have the site ready to go and would appreciate any input with fresh eyes. What you like, what you don't and what's missing etc.

A better phone number, it would look better not to have a mobile (type) number as the primary number.

Get a Skype Out number and you have any geographical number for a very low cost for the year.

That's a brilliant idea, thanks POB. Didn't want to shell out on an additional landline number.

I like the 'feel' of the site. You could use a copy writer to tidy up the words quite a bit - I could do it but I'd have to charge you as there's quite a lot of text to get through.

Plus, I'm a bit snowed under at the moment writing articles about sexy cosplay ladies...it's a hard life.

Overall, I like the site :D

You need to get yourself a PO Box and take your address down from the site. Wouldnt want to send my 3 grand watch off to someones house.

You think? I thought a watch to a property via special delivery would be a good option.

Took your advice and it's up and ready! Really impressed as the calls get forwarded to my mobile. Easy to set up and cheap.

I picked up a California based number which helps American clients call me, as it avoids all the international dialling problems for them.

Skype is great for this.

Your pricing seems off to me? Are you really saying that you will perform a service on any automatic watch for £70?

If you will, then i'll have to take down your number as will a few others on here!

That's right, my prices are competitive but not the cheapest online and I believe a lot of companies prices are inflated. Automatic watches aren't difficult to service, only slightly more than a regular mechanical combine that with fact that the cost of materials needed to service such a watch is the same also.

:) Seems low to me! Only other thoughts (as a potential customer);

- Option 2 on the front page mentions "Omega, or Citizen". These watches are not comparable in quality, and seem to be 2 brands plucked from thin air, one being a brand which imo cheapens the impression of your work. I would either pick 2 brands at the opposite ends of the quality spectrum illustrating the range of watches you work on, or not mention any at all.

- You dont mention how the watches get to and from you, assurance on insurance, assurance on turnaround times, options for a queue jump service if in a rush, and associated pricing.

- The guarantee section needs to be carefully worded, and as a customer i would want a cast iron warranty on the work.

Bot read the whole thread and no idea of his experience but those prices are very cheap
