I was firmly in the "I have a fast metabolism" camp until I realised how much I actually had to eat to put on weight, and how little I was actually eating. Since I started watching what I consume I've managed to put on about a stone.![]()
Bunnykillbots last paragraph is a blatant over simplification, borderline troll tbh.

you dont need to break a sweat to be burning kcals.
someone on another forum claims to be little and eat 5000kcal a day and not put weight on, yet they arent overly active either.
I bet if you calculated your kcal in v out over a week it wouldnt be too different.also 6 packets of crisps could be under 600kcal, which lets be honest, isnt much!
1 more thing, how come you havent wasted away as you arent eating as much now as before?
if you could eat a 12" pizza, chips, 6 packets of crisps and 2 bars of chocolate and not put on weight you must be a waif now with less food intake.

Me too. I gained almost a stone in about 4 months once I realised that I simply wasn't eating enough calories. I used to always tell myself and others that I had a fast metabolism.

It could mean that something else has become a priority.
You do realise a lot of people get in shape just to get a partner, then of course when they have a partner they then go back to a more normal size for their body / activity level?
Kelly Brook is too skinny?
Okay Chubby Chaser!
