Dont worry guys im sure your friends will be willing to stump up some cash for gene therapy. So you too can get damaged livers and beer bellies.

Seriously though, a combination of a few years on medication and not being able to drink much has pretty much made me a tee-totaller. I do have one beer now and then, but only when I really feel like it. I tell you what though: it's blooming gorgeous!
 
There is also a glaring omission in this, if we are going to get all serious. We metabolise alcohol differently at different ages, and its effect on body chemistry is also altered at different ages.
