Viagra available OTC from Tesco

Cant say im a fan of viagara...sure tried it and found the side effects of the stuff wasnt worth the hassle of keeping your willy harder than normal...

I don't get what benefits Viagra has as a recreational drug. Maybe it's just me but even at 35 the little fella is hard as granite with very little provocation and the "recharge" time is still acceptable for both me and the wife. :D

I take enough prescription drugs to know that you don't get mess with them unless you need them. Some of the side effects are a killer...

"Men can be very embarrassed about going to their GP for help with things like this,"

But having to be tested and fill out a form in a busy supermarket will be so much more comfortable.

I don't understand this kind of attitude. Perhaps it has been because I've been around doctors for years but I have no qualms talking to my doctor about personal issues.

Even if the doctor in my case is a tasty MILF. They deal with all sorts of stuff and have seen it all before.

I'd rather talk to a GP than talk to some guy in Tesco.

Neither do i in all honesty...i have mates who are around my age mid 30's who use it quite regularly but they use the herbal stuff. I suppose it helps if your tired or quite drunk as most my mates will attest to lol.

But personally using it often isnt something id agree with...no only are the side effects pretty bad ie headaches and nausea as thats how i felt after taking it...i can only imagine the damage its doing to your body inside if your taking it regularly.

I would have thought that many men would just use the internet and also many men would go to the doctor. I'm not sure how many would fall into this middle ground of not wanting to go to the doctors but would be happy to talk to someone about it at a supermarket. I suppose a family man might prefer to nip 20 miles down the road to a Tesco not too close to his house rather than go to the same doctor that treats his wife and children.

The 'over 40' rule reminds me of the contraceptive pill. Toy had to be married to have that when it was first introduced.

The worst bit is he hangs round with people who wear tracksuit bottoms...

Because wearing them automatically makes you a chav.... A lot of those in the building trade wear them because they're cheap and they don't care if they get plaster/other crap all over them.

I should imagine that your wife would know that there is, er, some difficulty in that department.

Anyway even if she didn't know your GP is not going to go talking as appointments are confidential.

:p Exactly what i was going to say. My Tesco store is staffed by locals, We shall have some fun with this. :D

I dont think it has anything to do with a person 'wanting' to talk to a GP or Store assistant about Viagra, Lets face it, nobody actually wants to talk about it full stop. Its just another marketing ploy which enables Tesco to sell something on demand and I can see it now.... Little pub full of the 'old locals' slipping blue pills under the table "£10 a pop sunshine! Now scram!" :D Will be hilarious

They might not want to discuss it with someone who they and their family see on a more than occasional basis.

Why does their family seeing them make any difference?

TBh i see the local tesco staff more than i see the doctor.

If you can't see it then leave it at that. You don't have to go to the local Tesco, you can drive 20 miles down the road. You can't do that with doctors.

Viagra should just be available with no questions asked, let people self-medicate if they want to
