Why would anyone buy the sapphire 6870?

Still trying to figure out the difference against the his, but as far as I can see they are the same model but the his comes with mw2?
The asus is not really that much oced only at 913 mhz, not that impressive for an extra £13, but I guess I am gonna punt it for the his 6870, just waiting for some dimensions to make sure it shall fit.
