Watch NASA build the next Mars rover

I'm sure some members here will love this, a live feed from NASA labs!

Look inside the clean room at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif, to watch the next Mars rover being built. The camera is located in a viewing gallery above the clean room floor. There is no audio on this video feed.

this one is sp big (the old ones were tiny) because it's going to be driving around a 10-20 mile area on mars :eek:

Ah fair enough, I thought they were all this size and I'd just been confused in the past, glad that's not the case though lol.
But yeah, suppose it should be massive if it's covering that sort of area :eek:

Looks like it's nuclear reactor powered. In the animations it shows no solar panels and the rear of the vehicle has a cylinder with cooling fins.
