In what way have you given any grounds for justification of what you have said. You started the thread with a snide comment and only came out with what you were really alluding to once you were held up to account for your comments.
Your use of the phrase "the black community" on repeated occasions have shown already that you seem to paint the whole of the black community with the same brush. I doubt you even know the differences of the different groups that make up that community, or have knowledge of the diaspora from the deprived areas that have happened over the years.

There are no 'areas of poverty' in London. They all have free education, free healthcare, and you can get more financial help than you can dream of.

This is just exactly what happens when you let uncontrolled immigration take over, to the point where areas are unrecognisable from 10 or 20 years ago, and it is just labelled as 'enriching out society'. Now we have a whole new culture in London that speaks the much desired "innit blud" accent of multiculture, and idolises rap and guns courtesy of MTV. What lovely enrichment.

I know full well none of you people calling the OP racist would be willing to let their children grow up speaking this beautiful language of multiculture, because you know exactly what the cause of it is and what it represents, despite your futile attempts to claim otherwise.

The last third of that news article is given over to local community members saying how shocked they are that something like that could happen in their community, and they haven't seen its like for 20 years. That doesn't sound like a community dealing with an epidemic of gun crime.

Of course, people who may be, um, disposed to drawing generalisations about race will do so with the slightest provocation.
