considering you are getting a 640 cpu and not the 630 cpu for £2 less, you first post build is good.
 
oh, just noticed that the bundle you picked has 2gb of ram, that OCUK build has 4gb.

and that Gigabyte board has SATA and USB3.0

I think you're correct though no mention of USB3 or Sata3 or does the 880G have that as standard

However the Motherboard does not specify 1600mhz Ram supported

Noob question but is that a problem or do I need 1333mhz Ram instead

1600mhz is the maximum rated speed for that ram, it will run at whatever speed is set in the bios(memory dividers)/or what info the bios can read from the rams SPD data.

That Patriot RAM is on special offer this weekend only so the price wont last for long.
